Mit dieser Schulung erfüllen Sie Forderungen folgender Gesetze / Verordnungen:

  1. Verordnung (EG) Nr. 852/2004
  2. Infektionsschutzgesetz §43 (4) - „Wiederholungsbelehrung“

Inhalte:

  • Lebensmittelkunde
  • Gute Herstellungspraxis
  • Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
  • Lebensmittelrecht
  • MHD / Verbrauchsdatum
  • Kennzeichnung und Rückverfolgbarkeit
  • Eigenkontrolle
  • Gefahren im Betrieb / nachteilige Beeinflussung
  • Reinigung und Desinfektion
  • Krankheiten
  • Krankheitsübertragung durch Lebensmittel
  • Tätigkeitsverbote
  • Mitteilungspflicht

Die Schulungsinhalte orientieren sich nach der DIN 10514 Hygieneschulung und an der LMHV von 8/2007.

 

Zertifikate:

 Es werden folgende Dokumente ausgestellt:

  • Eine Teilnahmebescheinigung für jeden Teilnehmer*in.

  • Belehrungsnachweis gemäß Infektionsschutzgesetz §43
